    sizing & fit

    All apparel is unisex and runs true to size. I suggest sizing up if you're going for an oversized look! For more details, exact measurements, and model fit images - please scroll down on each product page to the sections "sweatshirt size guide" and "exact measurements"

    returns & exchanges

    Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted, because each item is made specificially for the order placed. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out through the contact page, or email support@pearwithme.com, within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

    Can I change something about my order and or cancel it?

    Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.

    When will my order ship?

    Your order will ship within 3-7 business days (but most of the time will be sooner!).

    How can I track my order?

    Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from.

    What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

    You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fee.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
